Specifications：DN40-DN1200

• The U-shaped flange butterfly valve is designed according to the requirements of large pipeline networks and belongs to the pipeline network type butterfly valve.

• The valve body has high strength, a large safety factor, and can withstand high pipeline stress.

• The valve seat adopts a simple valve seat.

• Low operating torque, can be assembled with handles, turbine heads, pneumatic and electric actuators.

• The valve stem adopts a single valve stem design, with high bending strength and small opening and closing torque.

• The bottom of the valve stem is designed with thrust bearings to prevent disc displacement caused by the weight of the valve stem and disc.

• Opening and closing test, with a long service life.

• Can be used for medium truncation and regulation.

Test standards: DIN3230, AP1598, EN12266-1

Structural length standards: DIN3202, AP1609, EN558-1, IS05752

Side flange standards: DIN2501 PN10/16, GB-T17241.6 PN10/16 ASME B16.5 125LB, 150LB, BSEN1092, etc

Applicable medium: water

Nominal pressure: PN10/16

Test pressure: Valve body 1.5MPa/2.4MPa Sealing pressure: 1.1MPa/1.76MPa

Operating temperature: -15-150 ℃
