The function of a check valve is to only allow the medium to flow in one direction and prevent reverse flow. Usually, this type of valve operates automatically, and under the pressure of fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve seat is cut off by the fluid pressure and the self weight of the valve disc, which acts on the valve seat. The disc seat of the lift check valve is located on the sealing surface of the valve seat on the valve body. Except for the valve disc, which can be freely raised and lowered, the rest of this valve is like a globe valve. Fluid pressure causes the valve disc to lift up from the sealing surface of the valve seat, causing the medium to reflux and causing the valve disc to fall back onto the valve seat, cutting off flow. According to the usage conditions, the valve disc can be an all metal structure or in the form of a rubber gasket or rubber ring embedded on the valve disc holder. It can also be used on the supply pipeline of auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure.
• Reasonable product structure, reliable sealing, and excellent performance
• The sealing pair is advanced and reasonable, and the sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of iron-based alloy or Stellite drill based hard alloy overlay welding surface. It has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and long service life.
• Various piping flange standards and flange sealing types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
• The valve body material variety is complete, and the gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
The connection between the pin shaft and valve plate adopts an internal structure, without any external leakage points, making it more reliable to use
