The soft sealed gate valve adopts the compensation effect of elastic deformation generated by the overall sealing of the gate plate, achieving good sealing effect, overcoming the phenomenon of poor sealing, water leakage, and rust in general gate valves, and more effectively saving installation space. Can be widely used in fluid pipelines such as tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, food, medicine, light textile and electric power, ships, metallurgy, energy systems, etc

• The flat bottomed valve seat and soft sealed gate valve adopt a full basin through flow channel design at the bottom, with no retention cavity structure, low flow resistance, ensuring smooth fluid flow, not easy to deposit debris, and will not cause secondary pollution to the medium.

• The gate is covered with high-performance rubber as a whole, completely isolating the iron core of the gate from the fluid.

• The valve stem nut and gate plate have a two part structure, ensuring sufficient freedom and flexible opening and closing without any jamming phenomenon
